'"Mother of All that is Evil"

So I hear that a lot of people criticize the movie because it’s either CG, or it “lacks emotion”.

…Okay.

First off, the Tintin movie couldn’t have been done another way, traditional animation(at least in America) is dead. As harsh as it sounds, but it’s dead. If they went for live action, it wouldn’t work either, since some of the stuff would have been difficult to do, or just wouldn’t look good. So the perfect medium for the movie, was CG/motion capture, whatever it’s name is. It’s perfect the way they did it, I’d say beyond perfect.

Now, for the “lacks emotion” part… I really don’t remember the time Tintin was an emotion filled comic/cartoon… It’s all about adventures, that’s what The Adventures of Tintin is, a lot if thrilling and exciting adventures, so I really don’t understand why some people are complaining about that, but oh well, everyone has different opinions, we can’t agree on everything.

So I’ll leave you guys with a little “reflection” that I made: a movie that you really like, is like the person you love, you don’t love it because it fills all the high standards of “perfection”, you love it because it fills your standards, and you love it with all of it’s flaws, mistakes, or perfections.
